Karely, or “Kale” for short, born and based in San Diego, is inspired by a variety of styles and moods. Creating sets with high energy comes with ease for her. She controls crowds with eclectic breaks and atmospheric techno, while sticking to her roots of latin & ghetto influences. The beginning of her journey in the electronic scene began as a key member of our collective back in 2019, helping pioneer wellness and harm reduction within our culture. In 2023, she started her own event series, Bootydew, bringing light to many unsung heroes of the breaks, latin, juke, dab, etc. genres to San Diego.
