Sacha Robotti
Sacha Robotti stands tall in the rare vanguard of house music and techno DJ producers. Blending virtuoso technical DJing skills with masterful production techniques, he has made his imprint on the electronic music scene—from holding down iconic club nights in the heart of his former home base Berlin to captivating audiences worldwide with his groundbreaking vinyl releases under his Robosonic duo alias. Having relocated to the vibrant city of Los Angeles, Sacha wasted no time making his mark on the American music landscape, playing major festivals such as CRSSD, Coachella, EDC, LIB, Burning Man, and Dirtybird Campout, as well as headlining his own open-to-close tour. His distinct sound and innovative sonic manipulation have earned respect from industry peers and a devoted fan base that craves the sound of his label Sloth Acid. His discography boasts releases on some of the most esteemed labels in the industry, including Shaboom Records, Noir Music, Snatch!, Dirtybird, Solotoko, and Suara, among others. Additionally, Sacha's collaborations and records on Defected, Nervous, Yoshitoshi, and Get Physical—as well as Solomon's Diynamic, Maceo Plex's Lone Romantic imprint, and Kompakt Records as a solo artist and under his Third Culture project—have further solidified his position as a force to be reckoned with in the global house and techno community. Sacha's highly anticipated debut solo album on Dirtybird Records is set for release later this year. The first single, a collaboration with Victoria Rawlins (host of The Dirtybird Radio Show) called "Say It," drops July 25th. The album, titled I, Robotti, reflects Sacha's journey from his beginnings to now. With a global spectrum of featured artists and inflections of his Third Culture duo with Sian of Octopus Recordings, there is a darkness colored with an innovative wave into the future of his sound—from underground to mainstream, a full range of styles soaked in his identity.Retry
